Custom Massage
Integrated Swedish massage applied at a customized pressure to your areas of concern. Combines techniques designed to affect the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. Each session includes moist heat therapy to penetrate deep muscle layers for optimum healing and relaxation.
Craniosacral Work
A gentle form of bodywork that uses subtle touch and connects with the nervous system to help release deeply-held tension and restore function throughout the body. Especially helpful for those suffering from headaches, migraines, insomnia, anxiety and depression.
Prenatal Massage
Specific positioning and cushioning is utilized to support body changes associated with pregnancy.
I am also trained in Induction Reflexology. After 36 weeks (and with your doctor’s permission), I can stimulate reflex points on the feet/ankles to nudge the body’s natural birth process.
Reflexology
Applies gentle pressure to reflex points on the feet and/or hands to rebalance, recirculate and de-stress the body.
Add-Ons
Aromatherapy +$5
Includes your choice of available essential oil scents to be incorporated into your session. All oils are 100% pure, therapeutic grade and organic. Aromatherapy can be added to any length session.
Massage Cupping +$10
Suction cups are applied to specific areas to pull cellular waste/byproducts towards the surface of the skin to be processed by the lymphatic system. It is normal to expect slightly tender, bruise-like discoloration for 7-10 days post-treatment. Cupping can be added to any length session.
Raindrop Technique +$15
Application of 9 therapeutic-grade, organic essential oils to rebalance and reorganize the muscles along the spine. These oils have been proven to stimulate the immune system, decrease muscle fatigue/stiffness, promote circulation and much more. The oils are layered along the spine and the spinal reflex area of the feet. This technique can be received as a sole application of oils in 30-minutes or combined with a partial/full-body massage in 45/60/90-minute sessions.
