Craniosacral Work
Rather than forcing change, craniosacral uses light touch to engage the body to unwind naturally while promoting relaxation, improved function, and an overall sense of well-being.
Many clients find it especially beneficial for stress, tension, headaches, jaw discomfort, sleep disturbances and nervous system regulation.

Prenatal Massage
Designed to support the changing needs of your body throughout pregnancy (and beyond), this massage uses specialized positioning and supporting cushioning to keep you safe, comfortable and relaxed while helping ease common aches and tension that come with each stage of pregnancy.
Reflexology
Based on the priciple that specific points on the feet and hands correspond to different areas of the body, reflexology uses focused, intentional pressure to promote relaxation and support overall well-being.

Sometimes the perfect finishing touch is simply your favorite scent. Select from a collection of 100% pure, organic essential oils to personalize your massage experience. From soothing and calming to bright and refreshing, each aroma adds another layer of relaxation, helping you settle into the moment and make your session feel even more restorative.

Massage Cupping +$10
Massage Cupping uses gentle suction to lift and stretch the soft tissues, creating a soothing decompression effect that pairs beautifully with therapeutic massage. This technique can help relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, and encourage relaxation while reaching areas that may benefit from a differnt approach than massage alone.
Temporary circular marks or mild tenderness are a normal part of the process and usually fade within several days to a week.
Restorative Aromatherapy Ritual +$15
Inspired by the Raindrop Technique, this deeply relaxing treatment combines the calming benefits of aromatherapy with gentle, intentional touch. The sequence of 100% pure, organic essential oils is applied along the spine and to relex points on the feet to create a soothing sensory experience that complements your massage and encourages relaxation.
Available as a stand alone 30-minute service or incorporated into a 45-, 60-, or 90-minute massage session.
